Honors the collegiate team or organization that models creating diverse and/or inclusive Esports teams. This organization will have brought gamers together, inspires the next generation of gamers, and is raising the collegiate Esports standards in the last year. This team will have started a community of players, fellow gamers, and/or Esports professionals that centers women or femme identifying persons across the spectra of gender identity and expression, and effectively raised the bar of what a collegiate Esports team can become.

Honors a woman or femme identifying leader who works in the collegiate space, advancing diversity and inclusion in collegiate Esports. This individual may be a coach, mentor, teacher, or advisor to an Esports team. They are knowledgeable of barriers and conflicts negatively impacting the Esports industry, are approachable and mindful when issues arise, and are responsive to the needs of their individuals on their teams, especially survivors of violence/online harassment.

Honors the woman or femme identifying cosplayer who has avidly created cosplay content, inspired others, and raised industry standards during the last 12 months. This person will have created interesting, reliable, and motivating content for their fans and fellow gamers, taking cosplaying to a new level during the past year.

Honors an influential woman or femme identifying journalist who has avidly written, posted, and reported on gaming and/or Esports in any aspect, inspired others and raised industry standards during the last 12 months. This person will have created interesting, reliable, and inspiring content for their fans and fellow gamers during the past year, taking reporting and journalism within gaming and/or Esports to a new level.

Honors a woman or femme identifying Esports coach on a professional Esports team. This person will be knowledgeable of the toxicity that pervades the Esports industry, are approachable and respectful when issues arise, and are responsive to the needs of the individuals on their teams.

Honors the Esports team of women and femme identifying individuals who have most successfully brought gamers together, inspired others, and raised industry standards during the last 12 months. This team will have started a community of players, fellow gamers, or Esports professionals that exceeded 50% of women and femme identifying individuals, effectively raising the bar of what an Esports team can become.

Honors the most influential player in Esports who has avidly competed in tournaments or competitions, inspired other women and femme identifying individuals and raised industry standards during the last 12 months. This person will have shown excellent sportsmanship no matter the outcome of their competitions. This person, their gameplay, and their sportsmanship will have motivated their fans and fellow gamers during the past year, taking Esports, gaming, and competition to a new level.

Honors the women or femme identifying person who has avidly casted gaming tournaments or similar Esports events (in person or online), inspired other women or femme identifying individuals, and raised industry standards during the last 12 months. This person will have created interesting, reliable, and motivating content for their fans and fellow gamers, taking casting to a new level during the past year.

Honors the notable mobile game that has centered woman or femme identifying individuals, inspired others and raised industry standards during the last 12 months. This game will have also promoted inclusivity by incorporating diverse characters, and/or raised awareness to any women or femme centered, LGBTQIA+, or controversial issues in our world, potentially reaching an audience beyond what was intended. They are raising the bar for mobile-game storylines for the future.

Honors a woman or femme-identifying intern and/or college student who has been studying in the Esports/gaming field in the last 12 months. This individual will have exceeded expectations during their internship, collegiate club or academic program and made a significant impact. Additionally, they believe in the mission of the*gamehers and use their platform, no matter how big or small, to empower and uplift women and/or femme-identifying persons across the spectra of gender identity and expression.

Recognizes the game that gamers have most enjoyed this past year. Note: This can be an indie game that has been developed and published by a small team of passionate folks, and without the backing of large studios (Activision, Riot, Sony, etc). Or it could be a high-profile, Triple A, big budget game. Best Game of the Year is not only fun to play, but inspired the*gamehers community through their art, character development, story, and overall design. This game will have also promoted inclusivity by incorporating diverse characters, and/or raised awareness to any women or femme centered, LGBTQIA+, or controversial issue in our world, potentially reaching an audience beyond what was intended. Whether it's a cozy game that allows you to relax and unwind, a game full of action and fighting, or anything else that you love, they are raising the bar for game storylines for the future.

Honors the streamer who has avidly streamed, inspired other women and femme identifying individuals, and raised industry standards during the last 12 months. This woman or femme identifying individual will have created interesting, reliable, and motivating content for their fans and fellow gamers during the past year, taking streaming to a new level.

Honors the content creator whose talent for producing high quality and compelling content leaves a lasting impression and has contributed positively to the digital landscape. This woman or femme-identifying individual is someone who has built a loyal following through their outstanding creativity, innovation, and impact in the realm of digital content creation.

Honors an emerging talent within the gaming industry who has displayed exceptional promise, passion, and innovation. This accolade celebrates a woman or femme-identifying person who, despite being relatively new to the scene, has already made a significant impact through their creativity and positive influence on the gaming community, and shows great potential for the future.

Honors the woman or femme identifying game developer who has contributed to an indie game or studio in a way that raises awareness about women and femme centered, LGBTQIA+, and/or humanitarian issues that impact our world. This person will have avidly brought gamers together, inspired other women or femme identifying individuals, and raised industry standards during the last 12 months.

Honors the community manager who is a woman or femme identifying individual, and has avidly brought gamers together, inspired other women or femme identifying individuals, and raised industry standards during the last 12 months. This person will have led the social initiative for an Indie game that raised the bar of what gaming communities can become.

Honors the streamer who has collected and donated an incredible amount of money to charity organizations during the last 12 months. This woman and/or femme identifying person will have raised a significant amount of money for any type of charitable foundation by streaming and creating content for their fans and fellow gamers within the past year.

Honors the organization, studio (Triple A or Indie), Esports org or advocate group that has raised an incredible amount of funds for charitable organizations during the last 12 months. This organization is a certified 501(c)(3), a charitable organization, and is either woman-led or has a team compromising of more than 50% women and/or marginalized genders.

Honors the esports organization that prioritizes diversity and inclusion in the composition of their organization. To be considered for this award, this organization will have more than 50% of woman or femme identifying individuals in their organization in the past 12 months. This team will have made an impact in the esports industry, raising the bar for future companies and teams. Additionally, this organization is highlighting the need for more woman or femme identifying individuals to be represented in Esports.

Honors a woman or femme-identifying individual whose bold leadership has broken new ground and pushed the boundaries of what's possible in the dynamic gaming industry. This accolade celebrates one who has set new standards for creativity and inclusivity - whether through innovative game design, advocacy for diversity and inclusion, or pioneering technological advancements.

Honors a person who has demonstrated outstanding commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the gaming industry. This accolade recognizes a passionate woman or femme-identifying advocate who has worked tirelessly to create a more diverse and welcoming gaming environment, and who is dedicated to breaking down barriers, challenging stereotypes, and creating positive change within the gaming industry. They have worked tirelessly to create a more diverse and welcoming gaming environment.

Honors a woman or femme-identifying person who has demonstrated visionary leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to motivate and guide a team toward shared goals. They have inspired and positively influenced others, and made a significant impact in their respective field.

Honors a woman or femme-identifying podcast host(s). The Podcasther uses their voice to keep their listeners engaged, educated, entertained, and enthralled each week through quality content and the ability to connect with and entertain their audience. This award serves to celebrate the dedication, passion, and impact of a podcasther who has significantly contributed to the vibrant and dynamic landscape of gaming content.

Honors an exceptional woman or femme-identifying individual who serves as an extraordinary mentor, teacher, guardian, student advisor, or parent. This accolade celebrates their unwavering dedication to fostering growth, resilience, and success in those younger gamers in their lives who are under their care. Recipients of this award exemplify the transformative impact of selfless guidance, making a profound difference in the lives of young people.
