Cary Lambert has turned her lifelong passion for gaming and esports into an influential career. She's currently working at Logitech G, focused on running a first-of-its-kind esports performance program centered around player development & human performance. In addition to her programmatic work with athletes, she is also leading a research project focused on understanding the performance differences between men and women pro players, with the goal of helping level the playing field for all genders in esports.
