I’m Emily Kilpatrick, Co-CEO of Affinity Esports, where I focus on advancing gaming and esports through inclusion, accessibility, and female representation. Drawing on my experience with startups like Shutterstock and Urban FT, I’ve helped drive Affinity’s statewide growth and earned recognition as the 2023 Partner of the Year by the Malcolm Baldrige School of Business at Post University. A passionate advocate for women in gaming, I lead initiatives like our Girls in Gaming Club and partnerships with organizations like the Girl Scouts of Connecticut, creating spaces that celebrate and elevate women and girls in the industry. I’m proud to champion gender diversity in leadership, with women comprising 55% of Affinity’s board and management team, as we work to build a better gaming world for future generations.
