As the Director of Esports at Full Sail University and co-founder of Esports and Coffee, she has led initiatives designed to amplify the voices of marginalized genders and communities, fostering spaces where everyone feels they belong. Under her leadership, Full Sail Armada and her personal advocacy efforts have been celebrated for advancing representation in gaming, earning honors such as the Best DEI Initiative award by the gameHERs and the Diversity Game Changer Award from the Orlando Magic.
