Through the EDGE in Tech Symposium and EDGE in Tech Athena Awards, we showcase leaders who are role models in tech and champions of diversity, providing mentoring and pathways into tech. At CITRIS we also strengthen pathways into serious gaming, deep tech (semiconductors/AI) and tech for good through our Workforce Innovation Program internships and professional development program. As part of the Inclusive Innovation and Equitable Entrepreneurship initiative, we strive to bring everyone into fields such as gaming, and champion startup ecosystems that promote belonging.
