NEW YORK, NY – March 19, 2026 – the*gamehers, the largest community for women gamers, is hosting its third PowHER Play: Level Up Day on April 9, 2026. This free, virtual bootcamp is designed to empower gamers through specialized tracks in education, career development, and entrepreneurship.
The event features four dynamic sessions led by industry innovators covering portfolio building, gaming career pathways, startup strategies, and networking. Designed for students, streamers, and developers alike, the program delivers actionable takeaways to help attendees bridge the gap between hobby and profession.

Andrew Lind serves as a Global Product Strategist for VALORANT Esports, where he shapes the global competitive ecosystem and the VCT Game Changers initiative. He brings a wealth of experience from his time as Chief of Staff for Activision Blizzard Esports and as the co-founder of Boston’s Balance Patch PC café.
Nicole Pham, a Global Brand Manager, drives the marketing strategy for both the game and its esports wing. She most recently led the 2025 Game Changers Championship campaign in Seoul, drawing on a diverse marketing background in music, hospitality, and e-commerce.
Tiffy Tsay acts as a Product Manager focused on the core gameplay experience. She oversees agent development, reworks, and live balance patches to ensure the meta remains strategically deep. When not shaping the game, Tiffy volunteers at animal shelters and mentors marginalized genders in the gaming industry.
