With 8 years of experience in esports, I've worked my way from university esports clubs, to founding companies, project managing mid-large scale events, and overseeing competitive operations for Tier 2 organizations. Currently, I work in marketing and events at Canada’s #1 Varsity esports program.
 In all my leadership roles, I have strived to create a supportive environment where my staff teams, students, and mentees can always approach me for guidance. I've had the privilege of mentoring many individuals who have gone on to successful careers in esports.
 Now at St. Clair College, I continue to mentor and empower others. I contribute my esports experience to the academic curriculum, create work opportunities, and help students gain practical esports knowledge and hands-on experiences. My passion for the industry and uplifting others remains at the heart of everything I do.
