Vania has been working for several years now to make the games industry filled of talented women. From co-funding FemDevs Peru, an association that looks to increase the number of female game devs in Perú, creating a safe space, to her work in Sweden, where she’s currently based. In Sweden, Vania has been working with Donna, a female and NB network, helping female and non binary in different moments of their careers. They work with helping women dev integrate into the job market, creates valuable networks. She also works with the All-in project that looks into removing barriers for women game founders, from increasing the number of female founders to help them navigate the biases they encounter when looking for funding.
