• TrailblazeHERs in Gaming: Honors women whose bold leadership has broken new ground and pushed the boundaries of what's possible in the dynamic gaming industry. This accolade celebrates who have set new standards for creativity and inclusivity, whether through innovative game design, advocacy for diversity and inclusion, or pioneering technological advancements.

• InnovateHERs of Gameplay: Celebrating game developers, designers, voice actors, producers, writers, directors, programmers, level designers, who have contributed creating groundbreaking gaming experiences.

• Content CreateHERs: Celebrating the streamers/creators who have created safe platforms for all on their streams, through a variety of engaging content and interaction with viewers, they have shown that their community is loved and that they are an advisor or role model in the creatHER community.

• Community Champions: Highlighting community managers, podcasters, shoutcasters, hosts, who create safe, welcoming gaming spaces.

• Esports Excellence: Acknowledging collegiate, amateur, and professional athletes, teams, individual players, coaches, analysts, managers, team staff, excelling in competitive gaming.

• GameHERs Icon: Honors women whose lifelong dedication, contributions, and impact have left an indelible mark on the gaming industry. This prestigious accolade recognizes a woman who has significantly shaped the gaming landscape, perhaps through groundbreaking game development, influential industry leadership, or contributions to gaming culture. 

• Rising Star Award: Spotlighting rising stars making waves in gaming. This award recognizes smaller creators who have made great strides in gaming through hard work and perseverance to make a name for themselves.

• Impact Through Education: Honoring individuals, collegiate teams, coaches, players, or educational organizations inspiring others through education in gaming.

• Advocates for Representation: Celebrating women who have demonstrated visionary leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to motivate their community to promote and envision a better community in gaming for all.

• Cosplay Star: Recognizing cosplayers who have taken cosplay and cosplay content to the next level through creation, inclusivity, education, and more.

Recognition streams will take place throughout March 2025, with each Top 10 list celebrated on its own night.

1. Download the*gamehers App: Available now so you’re ready to nominate starting December 2nd.

2. Submit Your Nomination: Share why they deserve to be recognized for their impact in gaming.

3. Engage and Celebrate: Stay active on the app throughout the nomination period by shouting out your favorite nominees, sharing why you voted for them, and showing your appreciation.

If you’re nominated, keep an eye on your email—you’ll need to confirm your nomination to be included. Let’s celebrate the incredible women and femme-identifying individuals shaping the future of gaming!

Winners are chosen through a combination of community votes and a thorough vetting process. Here's how it works:

• Community Votes Matter: The nominees with the highest number of individual votes and engagement within the app move forward. To ensure fairness, each vote counts as one—repeat votes from the same individual aren’t tallied multiple times.

• Vetting the Top 10: Once voting closes, the top 10 nominees in each category are carefully reviewed to ensure they align with the*gamehers values and meet eligibility criteria.

• Community-Driven Outcomes: Ultimately, the winners are selected by the votes and voices of our incredible community, making this a celebration of collective recognition and support.
