Sofia Bedeschi
I am the founder of Mulheres no e-Sports, an initiative created to expand opportunities, visibility, and safety for women in the gaming and esports ecosystem. Our work connects, supports, and elevates female talent through educational content, community building, events, and impactful projects. We aim to shape a more diverse and innovative industry where women occupy spaces of leadership, competition, and creative influence. My purpose is to transform the scene through real representation, empowering a community that opens doors, inspires new voices, and shifts the narrative for the next generation.
