Tarja Porkka-Kontturi
I work at the intersection of games, community, and change - helping build spaces where people & ideas can thrive. Through emphatic leadership, partnerships, and advocacy, I focus on accessibility, inclusion, and sustainable growth in the games industry. I’m driven by curiosity, collaboration, and the belief that bold ideas and brave people collaborating together are what move this industry forward. I want to help open doors, and challenge outdated norms.
